Its time for Camp! Summit Student Camp!
Cost- Registration $250.00 per person from NOW until day of camp, July 20th, subject to availability.
All youth campers need to have a current physical.
Sponsors need a current background check. We will provide this service for a small fee, if needed.
All registration deposits are transferrable but non-refundable.
Camper forms needed: Ponderosa Rec Release Form, Emergency Contact-Medical Form and current physical.
Sponsor forms needed: Ponderosa Rec Release Form and a Group Form from the Youth/Group Leader.
Deadlines for Registration forms
Group Forms and Background Check Forms are due Monday, July 13th (fax/email to 303.771.6272 or KCockerham@ColoradoBaptists.org) T-shirt sizes, gender and grade completed are REQUIRED on Group Form.
